Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you’re welcome to collect it from our warehouse. Our warehouse also operates as a cash & carry, so you can visit, shop on-site, and pick up what you need.
We deliver to many parts of the UK using our own fleet. For areas we can’t cover directly, we offer pallet courier services. Get in touch via phone or email to find the best delivery option for your postcode.
Local deliveries: Free delivery on orders over £500.
Pallet courier deliveries: Free delivery on orders over £1,000.
We are based in Brimsdown, Enfield, North London, EN3 7PY.
Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All prices displayed on our website exclude VAT. VAT is added at the checkout stage.
For deliveries made by our logistics partner, we accept bank transfer.
For deliveries made by our own fleet, we accept cash on delivery.
Regular customers may qualify for account terms — please speak to our team for details.
Do you keep all listed products in stock?
Yes — all items listed on our website are physically stocked in our warehouse. We update our inventory daily. However, in rare cases of high demand or supply chain issues, a product may become temporarily unavailable. If this happens, we’ll contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If there’s any issue with missing or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
Do your imported products come with English labels?
Most products we import from the EU already have English labels. For US-imported products, labels are printed in our warehouse and sent with your order. If you have specific labelling needs, please contact our sales team before placing an order.
Can I place an order over the phone or WhatsApp?
Absolutely. You can order via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Our team is happy to assist and can also send product lists or current offers.
Yes. We believe in real people and honest service. You can speak with a member of our sales team for personalised assistance, product recommendations, and support in maximising your shelf performance.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery. All items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or unsold stock.

Yes! If you’re looking for a product not currently listed, let us know. We’re always expanding our range based on customer feedback — especially in ethnic and FMCG categories, including popular American and European items. While we can’t guarantee supply, we’ll do our best to help.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. An invoice with full VAT details will be issued with your delivery.
If you’re a retailer or wholesaler planning to order regularly, contact us to open a trade account.
